We are pleased you will be joining us for the 51st Annual RIMS Southern Conference. The Carolinas Chapter RIMS Chapter plans to provide attendees with a groovy time at the Marriott Renaissance located in scenic Asheville, North Carolina. We have a great line up of speakers and exhibitors, along with peer to peer networking opportunities.

Important Details:

• No refunds for exhibitor registrations after August 1, 2022.

• Booth size starts with a 6’ table. You will be able to decorate around it as you wish.

• Exhibitor booth includes 1 power strip cord; additional cords available for additional daily fee payable directly to the hotel.

• Exhibitor may ship booth decorations to the Marriott Renaissance in Asheville to arrive on or after September 19.

• Exhibitor fee includes 2 attendees; additional registrations available for an additional fee.

• Hotel reservation must be made directly with Marriott (800-468-3571) or online at Marriott.com

• Check-In: September 21 / Check-Out: September 23

• Self-Parking costs $10.00 per night (in addition to the room charge) and will need to be paid upon check in. Valet parking is available for additional charge. Parking at posted hourly rates is available for attendees who may not be staying on site.
