Upcoming CPCU Courses

The Charlotte Chapter of the CPCU society will be offering two CE courses in late October and early November in the Ballantyne area (Liberty Mutual, Crawford Building, 13830 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 400, Charlotte, NC 28277).

 

  October 27 [9am-12pm]: COPE, Property Underwriting & Loss Control - Train course participants in the purpose of and methodology for gathering all necessary commercial property underwriting data and information. In addition, course will discuss what can be done to reduce and control losses once “COPE” information is gathered and analyzed.  Presented by Christopher Boggs.

 

  November 9 [8:30am-11:30am]: The Ethical Leader - The course is an interactive dialogue with participants for connection to professional responsibilities and ethical behavior in the practice of insurance, including real life scenarios and simulated real life scenarios as behavior examples to make these values come alive. In addition, the course will include takeaways in values refreshment which may be immediately applied to the everyday workplace to re-enforce sound moral traits.  Presented by James Britt.
