Please join us for this month's Carolinas RIMS luncheon at the Renaissance Hotel on Thursday, November 18. We will be joined by Bob VandePol, M.S.W., President of Crisis Care Network, the nation's largest provider of Critical Incident Response Services to the workplace, as he presents "Traumatic Stress Recovery - Critical Incident Response".
Mr. VandePol has led hundreds of on-site interventions following murders, robberies, assaults, suicides, sexual abuse by clergy, industrial and construction accidents, school-based tragedies, and other traumatic events. He managed Crisis Care Network's Command Center in Manhattan after the 2001 terrorist attacks, where he was involved in both management and direct clinic service delivery to companies near Ground Zero.
Bob has also led numerous leadership summits following Hurricane Katrina and the Virginia Tech tragedy regarding how employers could lead organizational recovery during crises. Bob's team provided assistance to those on board US Air Flight 1549 "Miracle on the Hudson". As a national RIMS speaker, you will find Bob's presentation compelling and informative. We hope to see you there!
Sign in will begin at 11:30AM and lunch will be served at 12:00PM.
To sign up, please click on the Registration link to the right. The cost for the luncheon is $25 for Carolinas RIMS members and $30 for friends/guests.
